Case study · Branding & Social Media
STEA
Context
STEA, a company based in Lomé, posts regularly on social media: weekly highlights, religious and national holidays (Easter, Tabaski, Ramadan, independence…), recruitment and sales. As the in-house Graphic Designer, I handled all of these visuals.
Problem
Without a shared visual system, each post risked looking isolated. The challenge: make every post instantly recognizable as "STEA", while keeping up a demanding weekly pace and a wide range of formats.
Process
- 01
Audit
Review of existing posts to spot inconsistencies in format, color and logo placement.
- 02
Template system
A consistent grid, title zones and logo placement, with a fixed palette and typography.
- 03
Variations
Moodboard and variants by content type: week starts, weekends, holidays, recruitment, sales.
- 04
Iterations
Weekly adjustments based on the communication department's feedback.
Process reconstructed after the fact, for illustrative purposes.
Solution
A set of reusable templates covering the brand's recurring needs, with a consistent visual language — logo, colors, typography and photo treatment — that makes every visual identifiable at a glance.
