Studio
A client space for a communication agency: brief, approval and delivery in one place.
Personal project — UX exploration, non-commissioned.
Context
A personal exploration born from my day-to-day in a communication studio: client follow-up scatters across WhatsApp, email and file transfers. I wanted to imagine the tool that's missing.
Problem
Fuzzy briefs, revisions lost in chats, informal approvals (a voice note saying « it's fine »), scattered deliverables. How to centralize the brief → concept → iterations → approval → delivery journey, for the client and the designer alike?
Persona
Ama
Marketing lead at an SME
Need : Track progress, approve proposals and get her files without chasing on WhatsApp.
Process
- 01
Mapping
Reconstructing the current journey (WhatsApp brief → concepts → revisions → delivery) and its friction points.
- 02
User flow
A clear flow: the client follows dated steps, approves in one tap, downloads at the end.
- 03
Wireframes
Low-fi structure of the three key screens before any visual decision.
- 04
UI
A restrained interface, focused on status and approval.
Wireframes
Low-fi wireframes: a vertical step thread (brief, concept, revisions, delivery), an A/B comparison view for approval, a file list for delivery.
Mocked screens
Personal project — UX exploration, non-commissioned.

Option A
Option B
Ama · commentaire épinglé
« Le A, mais logo un peu plus grand ? »
Concept approval
Two proposals side by side, a comment pinned on the visual, an « Approve » button.
Livrables
Projet livré · 3 fichiers
Deliverables
The final files, sorted by format, ready to download.
Takeaway
Hypothesis: replacing WhatsApp voice-note approval with a comment pinned on the visual would cut back-and-forth and misunderstandings. To be tested with real users.
